The Code of the Province of Moravia (On some issues the publication of legislation in the Moravian Territory between 1848 to 1918)

Abstract

Political and later also constitutional changes in the Habsburg (Austrian) Monarchy commenced in Spring 1848 and resulted in conceptual changes in the publication of new legislation. The article analyses the contens of the first two years.
