Abstract
The article deals with the laws of the language issues (with a brief outline of selected case law of the Supreme Court of Cassation and Justice of the years 1856 to 1898). Finally, the article is the finding that the absence of clear and unambiguous language law was regulation use of specialized laws and practical application in the actual enforcement power dominating the minority over the majority.
