Abstract
Monograph continues the commentary to the Vienna Convention on the Law of 1969, codifying a substantial part of international treaty law and pays attention to treaties between international organizations and the status of treaties in the context of the ratio of international and national law. The authors also incorporated it into the latest developments in the codification work of the UN Commission for International Law.
