Abstract

The article in this publication includes a national report for the Czech Republic, which is part of the documentation from the 19th Meeting of the European Research Consortium for Church and State, held in Nicosia, Cyprus on 15 - 18 November 2007. The aim of the conference was to provide an overview of the various legal ways in which EU Member States, to interpret their national law, the European Convention on Human Rights relating to freedom of religion.
