Abstract
Based on the reform of the most important regulation of the Union law, the article suggests to introduce a rule which would prevent the abuse including particularly the so called torpedo actions which tends to abuse procedural rights in order to observe procedural economy and fundamental procedural rights. The article is a contribution to more European process.
