The perspectives of corporate accountability reforms at EU level

Abstract

The presentation dealt with the problem of corporate accountability legislation, and in particular, legislation and measures making companies liable for the impacts of their activities on the society and the environment. It mapped current attempts at reform, both at national and international levels (UN, EU, OECD).
