Abstract
Current or at least medium-term challenges for the security system and the environment - apparently within the framework of the whole "Euro-American civilization", are represented by some clearly visible trends in social,or economic areas: demographic change and the "withdrawal" (fall back) of the state sector from the security sphere in general. The article tries to briefly summarize these phenomena and suggest a possible modelsolutions.
