Abstract
Coordination agreements between the Police of the Czech Republic and municipal councils (including the agreements concluded at the microregions or second-level territorial units) are motivated by a will for closer cooperation between the "state" police, municipalities, or "municipal" police in a particular area. This paper describes whether the model seems to be proven worthy, as well as what is the structure of respective agreements.
