The aggrieved person, damage compensation, non-property harm and the surrender of unjustified enrichment in an amendment of the Penal Code from 2011

Abstract

The article discusses the amendment to the Criminal Code and the amendment made ​​by Act No.181/2011 Coll. This amendment allowed the new criminal procedure decisions not only on compensation of property damage, but also compensation for non-pecuniary damage and unjust enrichment obtained a criminal offense.
