Abstract

Endokrinologic issuess in a newborn with a severe intrauterine growth retardation-a case report The authors warn of the problems oft the intrauterine growth retardation in newborns both generally and with respect to endocrine glands, programming of which may be altered during the intrauterine growth retardation.The polymorbidity of such newborns is documented in an ilustrative case report.
