Microstructure oriented modelling of hierarchically perfused porous media for cerebral blood flow evaluation

Abstrakt

We estimated the tortuosity, length density, and numerical density of microvessels in 13 samples of human brain. We developed simulation software gensei for generating three-dimensional models of microvessels with known statistical properties.
