Granuloma faciale treated with 595-nm pulsed dye laser

Abstract

Granuloma faciale is a rare chronic, benign cutaneous disorder predominantly located on the face. Lesions are difficult to treat.

We report 4 patients successfully treated with 595-nm pulsed dye laser.
