Abstract
Pediatrician and pediatric surgeon are meet with inguinal, umbilical and epigastric hernias as well as with hydroceles in day-to-day praxis. Non-acute surgery of them forms the majority of scheduled surgery in children.
Acute surgery is performed seldom, in nonreducible inguinal hernia.
