Pharmacokinetic evaluation of voriconazole treatment in critically ill patients undergoing continuous venovenous hemofiltration

Abstract

The concentration of VRC in serum and ultrafiltrate were measured by RP-HPLC. We profiled a concentration-time curve during the 12-hour dosing interval and derived the basic pharmacokinetic parameters.

The clearance of VRC by CVVH was not significant.
