Abstract

The purpose of the study was to investigate the role of oxidative stress in tamoxifen-induced liver injury in female rats and to evaluate the influence of deferiprone treatment on this damage. The parameters of oxidative status, Fe content and biomarkers of liver damage were examined in the liver.
