Abstract

The authors describe a case of cutaneous adnexal tumor with a component reminiscent of adamantinoid trichoblastoma (lymphadenoma) that shows gradual transition to a high-grade carcinoma resembling lymphoepithelial-like carcinoma.A possible case of malignant transformation.
