Abstract
Problems of pulmonary hemodynamics plays a dominant role in the pediatric intensive care. Flow through the pulmonary bloodstream is tightly regulated physiologically by endogenous regulatory mechanisms.
Effectiveness of their influence is limited and functionally. In the event of a failure of compensatory mechanisms occur extremely quickly to adverse hemodynamic changes in pulmonary hemodynamics.
