Comparison of P 19-derived neuroprogenitor and naive cell survival after intracerebellar application into B6CBA mice

Abstrakt
Mouse undiferentiated (naive) embryonic carcinoma cells. (P19 linie) cultured and labelled with green fluorescent protein and than neurodifferentiated (3 days after induction by retinoic acid) were transplanted into the intact of B6CBA mice cerebellum. Both survival and developmental potentials of transplants were evaluated after 3 weeks.
