Abstract
The text book is divided into five parts. In the introductory part of the author acquaints us with the personal motivation that led her to study medical ethics. (Part 1) The following section discusses the historical development of the relationship of ethics and law.
It acquaints us with some ideas of philosophers from Plato through Immanuel Kant to Karl Marx. It deals with the events of 20th century, which significantly influenced the ethics and law.
He ponders Nazism and communism in the context of law and morality, which we briefly introduces the historical course and continues to the present. In conclusion, this section presents general conclusions among which include "Law and the law must not be inconsistent with the ethics and morality." (Part 2)
