Abstract
This article is describing how District committee of Communist Party of Czechoslovakia (OV KSČ) influenced to substance of county newspaper Proud in the course so-called "normalization" between 1969 and 1989. The OV KSČ intervened very often to the processing, therefore deform the reporting and therefore the reality was particularly slanted.
