Abstract
The paper deals with recodification of czech criminal law, which resulted in the acceptance of the new Czech Criminal Code in 2009. Author criticizes, that simultaneously the new Criminal Code wasn't accepted and therefore considers the Recodifitaion to be just partial and problematic, especially in the concept of the criminal offence.
