Abstract
The authors supply in this chapter to professional public in social services a thorough presentation of the topic of organisational culture research. They present the results of own original empirical research of organisational culture in the field of social and health organizations, particularely a new questionnaire for the operationalisation of individualisation and communicative behavior in the framework of social service organisation culture, which is important in the residential care for elderly.
