The implementation of quality standards in residential social service facilities for the elderly - Ethical aspects

Abstract

The paper presented first results of the research about care for the elderly in residential social service facilities. The research was aimed on individualized care for the elderly and particularly the impact of personal access of direct care staff to clients.
