Abstract
The article deals with the work of the primatologist Sarah Blaffer Hrdy, who as one of only a few authors attempts to integrate the evolutionary approach with a feminist perspective. her work, from the 70''s of the 20th century until recently represents one of the most original and important contributions to the study of human evolution.
