Abstract

Mandibular buccal bifurcation cyst is a less frequent inflammatory odontogenic cyst that only occurs in childhood in lower permanent molars. It appears on the buccal aspect of the tooth and communicates with the oral cavity.

The authors describe typical lesions in two childrens, their diagnosis and treatment.
