Abstract
Systemic sclerosis is a chronic rheumatic autoimmune disease with highly heterogeneous clinical manifestations. Although rare, this disease greatly reduces the quality of life and functional ability of patients.
Current pharmacotherapeutic options for this disease were described in this article.
