The potential of some oral anti-diabetic drugs for use as andjuvant therapy in type 1 diabetic patients

Abstract

Overview of recently published studies concerning the effcacy and safety of oral anti-diabetic drugs as adjuvant therapy in type 1 diabetes mellitus. From the overview it follows that most important body of evidence is available for use of metformin as adjuvant therapy in type 1 diabetes mellitus.
