Abstract
Reading is fun publication is a multimedia textbook, which is compiled in bilingual way: in written Czech and Czech sign language. Its authors present to deaf children the most common literary genres (fable, ballad, fairytale, legend, story/novel).
Introduction of the book consists of motivational and educational chapter in which pupils learn a brief history of writing and literature. The textbook also contains a Dictionary of literary concepts and numerous interactive exercises.
