Growth and characterization of garnet scintillation epitaxial films doped by rare-earth ions

Abstrakt

Emission and scintillation properties of Sc, Pr and Tb doped epitaxial yttrium aluminum and lutetium aluminum garnets films grown by LPE were studied with the aim to find optimal concentration of doping cations providing maximal light yield.
