Abstract

The paper is focused on the issue of writing dictation and spelling traps examinations of the Czech language at first primary school. The presented findings from the practice they want to bring the current state of the mentioned problems, the difficulties faced by teachers and pupils to 1 grade of primary schools.

It offers various ways of writing dictations and interesting ideas for teaching the Czech language, which may not always serve as a means of classification. Teachers can also apply to the teaching of pupils with different mother tongue.

Thanks to the unconventional, often funny approach to teaching pupils lose antipathy to writing dictations, frequent break down their fears in the Czech language and students can expect an increase in the level of knowledge and spelling skills
