Abstract
The author analyses the wide network of a bookseller and publisher in Prague: Wolfgang Gerle, between 1770 and 1790. Based on the correspondence between Gerle and the Societe typographique de Neuchâtel, the analysis explains the main characteristics of the book trade with French books in Central Europe at the end of the 18th Century.
