Abstract
This paper deals with the subject of public opinion research. The main objective of the research was to find out public opinion about the possibility of holding of Olympic Games in Prague.
The research has been made by questionnaire survey on the selected sample of the Prague community - 302 informants. On the basis of ascertained results the recommendations are proposed at the end of the work to guarantee sophistication about holding of the games and to influence this public opinion.
