Electrochemical biosensor for determination of nucleic acid bases

Abstrakt

In this work an electrochemical biosensor based on thioguanine (6-amino-N-purinethiol) modified mercury film covered silver solid amalgam electrode (MF-AgSAE) for determination of cytosine is represented.
