UHPLC-DAD-ToF-MS: A useful tool for chromatographic fingerprinting of fungal extracelullar metabolites.

Abstract

New ultra high-performance liquid chromatography combine with diode array detection and time of flight mass spectrometry (UHPLC-DAD-ToF-MS) is proposed for chromatographic fingerprinting analysis of extracellular metabolites presented in fementation broth of Geosmithia spp.
