A Novel Bifunctional Allyldisilane as a Triple Allylation Reagent in the Stereoselective Synthesis of Trisubstituted Tetrahydrofurans

Abstract

Stereo- and enantioselective syntehsis of trisubstituted tetráhydrofunranes was achieved by using asymmetric allylation of aldehydes with bifunctional allyldislanes in the presence of chiral N,N-dioxides as Lewis base catalysts.
