Direct Voltammetric Determination of Aclonifen in Natural Waters at a Silver Solid Amalgam Electrode

Publication at Faculty of Science |
2011

Abstract

A method for the determination of Aclonifen in tap water and Vltava river water by differential pulse voltammetry on a meniscus modified silver solid amalgam electrode is described. All measured calibration dependencies are linear.

The detection limit for the determination of Aclonifen in deionised water is 2x10-7 mol L-1. The detection limit for the determination of AC in Vltava river water is 2x10-7 mol L-1.

The detection limit for the determination of AC in Vltava river water is 3x10-8 mol L-1. AgSAE is therefore a suitable sensor for the determination of Aclonifen in environmental waters.
