Abstract

This textbook on analytic geometry is intended as a study material especially for students of the mathematics teachers programme at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics. It involves basic theoretical knowledge and illustrating examples of affine and Euclidean geometry, including theory of conic sections.

One part of the text analyzes geometrical transformations and their properties as well. Theoretical part is followed by a collection of 160 exercises including their results.
