Abstract
A worldwide registry of more complicated performances, particularly rarer, not yet standardized or economically demanding ones is a recognized necessity. This paper describes results and experience with registration of therapeutic haemapheresis in the global registry.
Our experience confirms the suitability of registration of therapeutic haemapheresis in the WAA registry. To work as a registry operator the specialized nurse has to be experienced in haemotherapeutic care of patients and familiar in encoding in the WAA registry.
