Non-Proliferation Nuclear Weapons and Nuclear Disarmament - Some Problems Concerning International Security

Abstract

The non-proliferation of nuclear weapons and nuclear disarmament are in close connection. These aspects are included in the Non-proliferation treaty of 1968.

Nowadays, there are some problems in this area, especially in connection with Iran''s nuclear program. The question is also what, new START treaty between the USA and Russia of 2010 brings for nuclear disarmament in the world.
