Abstract
Preventive detention is regulated as a new protective measure in the Czech Penal Code. Your goal is to solve the old problem of the implementation of hospitalization for psychiatric patients particularly dangerous in the Czech Republic.
The authors primarily discuss the development, establishment and operation of this institution, and other selected aspects of its application.
