Abstract
The aim of the publication is to acquaint its readers with the basics of canon law. In the first part we discuss the history of canon law, focusing on the history of the springs Canon Law.
The second section provides basic theory of canon law, familiarises the basic concepts and principles of canon law, with its system, springs and ways of its implementation and applications. The third part deals with the applicable canon law, as that contained in the Code of Canon Law.
