Abstract
The article presents a fifteenth-century fragment of a medical receipt of one page, currently held in the Department of Manuscripts and Old Prints of National Museum Library of Prague (Cod. I E a 16), and deals with some aspects of the analysis of the text like graphemics, phonology, morphology, syntax and lexis.
