Abstract
We analyzed group of 500 paraproteinemias for presence double paraproteinemias, which were newly proved in our laboratory during 46 months. Double paraproteinemia were confirmed in 27x (5,4%) cases.
They were in 52% patients with BGUS (bioclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance), in 18% with multiple myeloma and in 30% with other lymphoproliferative diseases.
