The Confiscation of the Property of Francis Joseph II. von und zu Liechtenstein in Czechoslovakia in 1945 and his impact on the Czechoslovak-Liechtenstein Relations during the Post-War Period

Abstract

This chapter paid heed to the Czechoslovak-Liechtenstein dispute over the confiscation of estates belonging to the reigning dynasty in Czechoslovakia. Study is focused on the international law aspects of the dispute and also on the stance of Czechoslovak executive and legislative authorities.
