Abstrakt
The chapter explores the topography of the human types in the Sophist. This topography is based in the order of being: the hierarchy of the objects of being indicates existence of several contexts of philosophy and, consequently, existence of a normative hierarchy of human types that refers to the constitutional catalogue from the Statesman.
