Abstract
Some reflections on future trends in atypical employment development; some questions associated with determination of the term "atypical employments" itself; mutual relations between the demand for increasing o flexibility /more precisly flexicurity/ of labour law regulations during the globalisations period and the possible future development of individual types of atypical employments with respect to employer''s motives for aplicatoions of atypical labour law relations.
