Abstract
In this letter we would like to point out that current and very recent findings on histogenesis of ovarian tumors completely changes the perspective on the origin of these tumors and are at variance with many details in the article dr. Zikán "Prophylactic surgery in women with hereditary predisposition to the emergence of gynecologic malignancies"
