The text deals with the criminal justice system and the new Czech Criminal Code (general and special part). It focuses on Crimes against life and health (Section 140-167), Crimes against human dignity related to sexuality (Section 185-193) and Generally dangerous crimes (Section 272-289).
It also deals with the Organisation of Investigation and Criminal Procedure.
