The dialogue with Dostoyevsky in the works of Egon Hostovsky

Abstract

The paper presents an analysis of the novels of Egon Hostovsky "The Wayside Path" (Stezka podél cesty) and "A General Conspiracy" (Všeobecné spiknutí) in order to unravel the author''s life-long artistic inspiration and polemic reception of the works of Dostoyevsky.
