Eeupean Charter for Rgional or Minority Languages as International Treaty

Abstract

The European Charter for Regional or minority Languages is a regional international treaty which enables a structured dialogue with the institutions responsible for the national minority language policy. The article analyses the Charter from the point of view of international law.
